Faith Formation Discussions with Province I:  Tuesdays 7:00-8:00pm, September 1-22

Episcopalians around Province I are invited to gather online to discuss formation strategies in this new era of global pandemic. Linnae Peterson, from the Diocese of New Hampshire, will lead weekly Zoom conversations in September. The goals of these informal discussions are to better connect formation folks across the Province, to inspire each other with ideas and to share our resources! Get topics and Zoom info here

Here's some other ways to be connected with people in other Maine Episcopal churches who do ministry with kids and teens:

1. Email your questions about and get support for Christian Formation to Emily Keniston, Diocesan Consultant for Christian Formation or call (207) 210-7500. Do you want to visit another church's Sunday School?  Or drive to visit other leaders?  We will reaimburse you for gas and coffee. Contact Emily.

2. Join the Christian Ed Collaboration. Start by joining the Christian Ed Collaboration Facebook Group.  This is one of the ways that people connect. The Christian Ed Collaboration is a network of people (laypeople and clergy, volunteers and employees) from Episcopal congregations all over Maine, who are dedicated to sharing resources and ideas.  We support and help one another. During the summer of 2020, the group has been meeting on Tuesday evenings over Zoom to discuss planning for the program year. Email Emily for the link to join this meeting!

2. Subscribe to the DioLog (our diocesan newsletter).  That's where to find notices of Christian Ed Collaboration meetings, Maine Episcopal Youth Events, continuing education opportunities, etc.

3. One of the best ways to connect with Episcopal Christian Ed leaders from all over the country and beyond is to join the FORMA facebook group
